"Management wouldn't even have a chat..."
I was taken aback that upper management wouldn't even sit down with me to go over a billing problem. Their attitude was surprising. Seems like we're just a source of income for them. WATCH OUT.

"Modernized Our Clinic's Record Keeping"
The small clinic where I work was on the hunt for a software solution to update how we manage and access electronic health records. FeaturedCustomers.com connected me with a program that lets us store all our records in the cloud, plus it helps us handle our billing and revenue cycle. We’re still uncovering new features that the software can do for us every day. The rep was fantastic at breaking down what the software could offer in a way that even someone who's not super techy could grasp. "A pretty solid shopping experience"
I managed to refine my options with the help of FeaturedCustomers.com, and while it’s not really on them, I couldn’t locate a software that fit my company’s budget. A lot of their offerings seemed geared towards bigger businesses than my little start-up. Still, I had a nice time during the whole search process.

"Awesome Variety of CRM Solutions"
There were more than 100 CRM software providers featured, which might feel a bit much at first, but they helped me zero in on the 4 that suited my business perfectly. After narrowing it down to those 4, I got in touch with the companies and was able to check out demos, which really helped me make my choice. It's a fantastic site with excellent customer support.

"Awesome support"
This site is a fantastic resource for comparing software firms, and it truly gives the smaller players, who often fit a small business’s requirements better, a chance to stand out next to the bigger, more established ones. The Case Studies and Testimonials were super useful for understanding what these companies offer and how their services can benefit my business.

"Watch Out for This Scam"
"Giga Tyres" is just one of the many aliases used by Delticom Tyres Limited.
There's a recurring issue (check out the other reviews on Delticom) where they claim the tyre is available, say it has been dispatched, provide a bogus tracking number, and when you follow up to find out where your tyre is, they’ll say it’s stuck in customs. If you reach out to customs or the courier, you’ll discover that the tyre was never actually given to the courier, and it was all a total fabrication.
Next, you’ll have to deal with getting your money back, which they’ll make as tough as they can.

"Awesome platform to kick off your search!"
Navigating the site was a breeze, and it featured loads of case studies and testimonials from actual software users at various reputable companies. This really helped me focus my hunt for an expense management tool that suited my business requirements.
